Our organic farming
We organically produce most of the vegetables and herbs needed for a complete nutritious diet, such as carrot, cabbage, leeks, radish, celery, lettuce, tomato, green chillies, oregano, basil, parsley, coriander and more.
To ensure that all of our a la carte dishes are prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients, all crops are grown adhering to the conditions of the seasons. To maximize natural growth benefits we use only organic fertilizer and we do not incorporate any industrial practices of farming or use any harmful pesticides. Our guests are offered a complimentary tour of our well-maintained organic farm and we welcome our guests to take a self-guided stroll through our garden and see what comes onto their plate.
